Filing a notice

Send the following to info@new.gg:

• Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The URL(s) on New.gg where the allegedly infringing content appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove content while we investigate. We may also forward the notice to the person responsible for the content if appropriate.

Counter notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you can send a counter notice with the same contact information and a statement of good faith. We will review and respond.
